PHASE I
- Create a multi-purpose synthetic turf surface at Manchester Field
- Construct bleachers at Manchester Field with capaticity for 800.
- Make drainage improvements to Manchester Field.
- Move the 90’ baseball from Manchester Field to the Lynch School Field.

PHASE II
- Construct a new state of the art track at Manchester Field.
- Install a new grass surface inside the track oval.
- Upgrade the 90’ baseball diamond at Skillings Field.
- Remove the old track surface from Skillings Field.
- Install three new grass surfaces at Skillings Field
